Miran, a singer-songwriter whose momentum is accelerating, has made his acting debut and produced a movie theme song.

"WATASHIBOSHI," which was released on CD/digital download at the end of last year, is now available as an LP!

Miran, a singer-songwriter whose momentum is accelerating, was in charge of the theme song for the film "Ainanano de" (Love Is What It Is), produced by Keiichi Sogabe (Sunny Day Service), and the 7-inch version of "Tenshi no Kiss" that was released afterwards immediately sold out. Miran will be making her acting debut as the main cast member in the film "Heinze na Koibito (Strange Lover on Another Planet)" to be released in January 2024, and will also be performing the theme song and insert song. "WATASHIBOSHI," which was released on CD/digital streaming at the end of last year, will now be released as an analog record in colored vinyl.

In addition to the singles that have been released digitally so far, this album "WATASHIBOSHI" contains a total of 10 songs, including the dazzling pop tune "Koi wo Shite," which is the theme song for the film "Strange Lover from Another Planet," in which she plays a main role and which will be released in January 2024 and won the "Asia's Future" award at the Tokyo International Film Festival; the mid-tempo number "Umi ni Naru," a highlight of the album with its heartfelt lyrics; and "Tenshi no Kiss," which was released as a single and has been attracting attention.

The album features a stellar lineup, including the album's total producer, Kume Yusuke (Special Favorite Music), on guitar and keyboards, Sawai Yuto (Nekosen), Doi Norihito (Special Favorite Music, DENIMS) on bass, Okada Yusuke (BROTHER SUN SISTER MOON) and Tanaka Yoichiro (Munon Moses) on drums, and Bonmaru Issei (Bell Mainz) on "Motto Futari," which was also featured as an insert song in the aforementioned film "Strange Lover on Another Planet," in which he played a musician. Yasuda Tsugumi, known for her work with Homecomings, also plays the violin on the magnificent ballad "Lemon Tree," released last year, and reinterprets the classic doo-wop and Niagara sound.

Katsuya Shinjo (Special Favorite Music) participated in the ambitious work "As You Like."

The striking artwork was completed by illustration/sculpture artist Daisuke Kondo and up-and-coming designer Yuka Tada.

Her charm lies in her inclusive singing voice and songwriting that combines cuteness and sharpness.

In 2020, he released his first album "Hokaze", which was recorded at home, and has since released numerous works. In 2022, he produced the theme song for the film "Even Though It's Love", directed by Jōjō Hideo and written by Imaizumi Rikiya, produced by Sogabe Keiichi, and released his second album "Ducky". After that, he welcomed Kume Yusuke (Special Favorite Music) as producer and released "Natsu no Boku ni mo", "Lemon no Ki" and "Suki ni You ni", digitally, and then released the 7-inch "Tenshi no Kiss" which immediately sold out at all record shops.

He has also been featured on Fuji TV's "Love Music" and Kansai TV's "Otoitachi." He will release his first album in about a year and nine months, "WATASHIBOSHI," in December 2023. The album includes the theme song "Koi wo shite" (Love in Love), for the film "Strange Lover on Another Planet," which he stars in as a main cast member and won the "Asia's Future" award at the Tokyo International Film Festival. His new album will be released in December 2023, and will include his first album in about a year and nine months, "WATASHIBOSHI." He is currently serializing a diary exchange with author Ohara Ban, titled "While Resting His Cheek by the Window," in the culture media NiEW.
