Oriental punk rock orchestra "TURTLE ISLAND" has released a new EP "HELL PARADISE".
The masterpieces that have evolved even further include "Hell Paradise," the Alternative Asian Traditional "Enter The Dragon," and "Passole," featuring the only female member singing bamboo dance vocals.
JKT ART WORK participated in the production of the title track's music video with Iida Danko (Seppuku Pistols), recording and mixing with Uchida Naoyuki, vinyl cutting with Takezawa Shigeru (Nippon Columbia), and CD mastering with Mino Takaaki (ONIW STUDIO).
It will be released in advance at Takutaku in Kyoto and Enoshima OPPA-LA in December 2025. It will be distributed nationwide in the new year of 2026.
Then in the summer we'll go on an EU tour.

TURTLE ISLAND
Formed in Toyota City in 1999, towards the end of the 20th century, the band has undergone numerous member changes and is now comprised of 10 members. This punk orchestra, made in the East, combines the sounds of the Far East, blending Japanese and Asian Mongoloid grooves such as ohayashi and chindon with punk, rock, reggae, folk music, and indigenous music from around the world.
They are active both domestically and internationally, exploring and pursuing music that dances to their roots, genes, cells and souls, while honing their unique worldview and intonation with the indigenous Zundoko beat of Japan and the surrounding Asian region.
